Me: Three day school week, exams are all over man, I think I've earned some time for myself and maybe a
little space to breathe. What do you think?
Life:

Thanks Stephen.

So I think the word "practice" is the word of the week/and a half. For the last week and a half, I've been practicing a few things: French speaking exam, QCS, Formal dancing and a shitload of piano.

French wasn't too bad. Not much to discuss. QCS, wasn't too bad aside from sitting on my backside for nearly five hours. Contrary to popular opinion on the test it really wasn't that bad. I just didn't have any clue as to what I could've named my article so I called it a description since it was one of the choices given.

Formal dancing. Well...easy? I guess. I think a lot of the time, a lot of the guys/a few girls need to grow up a little and maybe get over the whole "cooties" thing unless of course you have some kind of mild to very infectious disease. Aside from all that, I think it was good but the dances were the folkiest folk dances you could possibly get. Last time I checked, we weren't living in Sherwood Forest with Robin Hood and Co. It was surprisingly easy to dance with someone nearly half your height.

Piano. Piano piano piano. I think over the last 2 months, I've actually gotten a little strange. Increased amounts of piano playing leads to the increasing size of particular areas of the brain which could lead to pressure onto other areas of the brain, making them smaller. Of course this is my bullshitting creative area describing what I imagine to happen. This, obviously isn't the case. What I mean is that some much time has been spent on those areas that others are neglected and become smaller. Whichever part controls my social capability and my ability to interact with people I know has evidently gotten smaller while the side the sorts out the logical stuff has probably taken over. SO I think I should get out more.

My piano tutor set my goals to reach by particular times. She said that 5 hours a day minimum should do the trick. To be honest, I think it'll work. I'm just worried that I'll be as insane as my QYO conductor. And that's pretty crazy.

In the meantime, I'll watch some more of Deja Vu since I haven't quite finished it yet and I'll wait for the next Person of Interest to come out. Actually, I'll get the SLAVE *cough* Ben to download it for me.

Maybe, I'll just go back to watching parkour videos.

Yeah, that'll do it.

FFS is is practice or practise? I know one of them is a verb and the other's a noun.

That awful moment when you missed the chance to talk to one of your favoruite celebrities on an online thread.

Not sure if legit or...
I'll assume it is. For a start, it'll probably important to find out who this guy is. FYI, it's not Tom Cruise.

Now I'll probably be spending some time on reddit looking for other celebrity redditors. Chances are I won't be able to find any but I'll try. You never know when they're gonna pop up and I'm not really prepared to spend 24/7 on reddit looking for celebrities. Maybe after I graduate and I have a whole lot of time at home.

Maybe.

Have you ever been asked by someone (ie. a parent) to do something (like take out the rubbish, clean the dishes, hang the washing)?
Most of the time, you might take a minute to finish whatever it is you're doing or maybe you just want to ease into it rather than rushing into it.
But there are those moments when way before you can finish whatever it is you're doing or before you can "ease into it", THEY SCREAM THEIR BLOODY HEAD OFF and send you flying all the way to China and back with their voice.

Not good. I guess what I mean is, this happens a lot and it makes you think: what is it that makes them so damn desperate for you to do something like take out the rubbish, clean the dishes or hang the washing? We're all humans and if you have a life that's scheduled like mine, you're gonna need a break. but according to my parents, I'm not human. huh.

So for those who don't know, there's this thing called Amus in Piano. It's kinda like a black belt in martial arts or getting a diploma in some area for something. Actually, yeah, it's just a diploma. The point is: It's one of those things that you have to have a passion for to do. See I liked piano. Liked. But lately, it's like I've been strapped to the damn thing forever. Imagine something that you really like. Say, for example, a song. After you listen to a song too many times, you start to hate it. A few too many times after that and you despise it. A little more than that and you'll throw your iPod across the room. aaand a little more than that and you'll want to strangle whoever wrote it. That last stage is where I'm at with piano. After your fingers keep playing over and over and over the same keys, hearing the same droning noise over and over again, you can either: continue playing like the piano prodigy that you might be or; you might just   (ノಥ益ಥ)ノ ┻━┻

So yeah. That's me right now, exams aside. That awkward moment when you almost completely forget the last question on the maths test until the last 5 minutes.

Anyway. I only have one assessed exam for this block until it's all over. Then I can go back to worrying about Piano, Music Theory and English.

At least we're having pizza tonight #fuckyeah

So I found this earlier today. This guy is hilarious.

Bloody Americans. Haha.

Jussayin'
and obviously, there has to be a link on the side to a slutty-ish dance cover of the song by the kinda hot girls of the kpop industry, Waveya. Gosh, how the f*** do you dance in 5 inch heels? That's actually crazy but legit, they're kinda hot, right?

But yeah, that's all I wanted to post: my weird and unpopular opinion. Apparently that's trending in a lot of places because having an unpopular opinion on something is now...popular. I guess this is one way to put it:

Cyanide and Happiness, a daily webcomic

That's all for now.

Picture of Dorian Gray is an awesome book.

The Arc Reactor - Imgur

Yeah.

I've been hella busy beating myself up over piano so I won't be on for a while. 7 subjects, a diploma, black belt grading and a State Orchestra. Can't go wrong.

In the meantime: here's a gif of stuff

Huh.

So my (awesome) cousin Oliver was analysing poems on the car today and I was having a shuffle through some of them. This one stood out a lot. Mainly because he pointed it out to me but it was still really strong.

It's called "Wholly Innocent" by Bruce Dawes

I never walked abroad in air
I never saw the sky
Nor knew the sovereign touch of care
Nor looked into an eye.
I never chose, nor gave consent
Nor voted on my fate
Unseen, I came, unseen I went
Too early and too late
This was my life-line trust
As absolute as blood
Now down in the bucket thrust
Anonymous as mud
Oh you within whose God-like power
Lies to so decide
Remember me when, some late hour
Talks turn to genocide
For I was part of that doomed race
Whose death-cell was the womb
But who can clear a bloody space
And call it living room
I never had a name or cried
That central cry "I am"
But in a world-wide shambles died
Defenceless as a lamb
Remember me next time you
Rejoice at sun or star
I would have loved to see them too
I never got that far.

It's really, quite...sad. And it really sends the message.

Maybe that's a bit deep for a Sunday morning.

The weather's come up like this again, finally. They said it was gonna rain all of last week and unfortunately, I was disappointed. Until yesterday. Gosh, the clouds were really, really thick. I miss the thunder, though. Howling winds, I don't mind. So much for going out for a run this morning. Then again, sleeping in until 11 on a day like this is pretty awesome a chance you don't get that often and is bloody comfy chance at that.

So I figured that at some point, I'd have to show you guys my roomporn collection but then my awesome buddy BEN decided to show me this, so here goes:

-cringes-

The worst I've gotten was when Wessling and I were wrestling and he decided to throw a knee to my stomach and missed. And that's pretty bad considering that he does weight-lifting. Like the Olympic thing, not just like the whole "Doth thou even hoist" lifting.

So yeah, that's that. Don't do flips on a beam if you know you're a guy and you can't do flips yet. By the way, for those who don't know, roomporn isn't actually porn. It's just SFW (Safe For Work) porn which means aesthetically good looking objects such as rooms and stuff. Did anyone else think that NSFW (Not Safe For Work) was something to do with Need for Speed? I remember clicking on an NSFW link when I was little and being disappointed because it had nothing to do with cars.

Cheers to the weather.
