So far the last few days, I've been pretty obsessed with these Red Bull videos and the people in it. More toward the stuff, not so much the people. But I mean snowboarding down a mountain and not being able to see even 100 metres in front.  I mean, that's fucking crazy.

And there's this guy called Danny McAskill who does bike parkour. Rickie Fowler who does golf. Since when did Red Bull ever do Golf? All of the skaters are amazing. Snowboarders: 'nuff said.

I've been after a bike for a while. I'm not sure if I've already mentioned that. But I'd be able to go so many more places and faster too. Parkour is given, I'll always want to do that. In different cities too. Ryan Doyle is this Australian-European guy who is also sponsored by Redbull.

And then there's the break-dancing. How the fuck do you do a pushup with your body completely horizontal with your feet in the air?

So generally, I would really like to be good at something... exhilarating. At least active, anyway.  But if you want to be good at something, you've gotta be willing to do everything and accept the terms that comes with it. Imagine the risks though: Landing the jump badly, fucking the flip, crashing the car. These could all end with death, easily. But that's what drives us. The feeling of danger, the pressure of knowing that if you screw this up, then it's the last time you'll ever screw up.

That probably explains why I didn't feel so bad about landing on my head 2 meters of the ground.

Well that's about it. I'm sorry I haven't written in a while but y'know, things come up and you have to deal with them, right? :P

One thing, do you guys mind the music or should I take it out. I' m not even sure if it's on autoplay. So let me know...whenever.

That awkward moment when you realise that your assignment was meant to be 600-800 words rather than 400-600 words.

Anyway, that's all.

This is what you call real graffiti : A Story

So in music we really don't do much. Here's a quick run-down of what we do:
- talk about a few things (like hand-held bugles to what we had for breakfast)
- talk about assessment
- rhythmic dictation
- listen to music
- leave class

There was one song that our teacher showed us last week. It was this amazing rendition of Gangnam Style by Jayesslee.

They even say "hi" in harmony. It was funny because people in class gave them crap for not being able to say Gangnam properly at the start of the video and they started suggesting other bands who could sing/pronounce it better than they could because the other bands were Korean. Quick heads up, these two are actually Koreans too. And they're twins.

And they're really, well, pretty. My god, Janice got engaged last year around this time. what.

Well actually, they're both married now so yeah. jussayyin.

On an almost completely other note, if you look up Bill O'Reilly on youtube, you will find the least reliable, most hypocritical, shitty interviewer. I kid you not. He's the kind of person whose hair you'd want to grab (with what hair he has) and smash it against the table and throw his own chair at him and scream at him. Or that's how I feel, anyway.

So yeah.

I guess it's a bit like a "new start" for a lot of people. Some people have the whole "new year, new me" thing going on. Personally, I don't really believe in any of that kinda stuff. Actually, a lot of "self-help" books are crammed with a whole lot of bullcrap so don't go buying those books. I'm not sure actually, I found that off of reddit so you never know.

Have you guys ever had a therapy sessions? It's a bit like one of those anger management places where they go around the circle and get you to say what makes you angry. It's actually really relieving to let something go. We had one of those "therapy" sessions in drama today and man, people have all sorts of problems. Something that came up was the thing about people not being aware as to how difficult the performing arts was. Drama isn't really a bludge subject; music is harder than just playing around on the piano; dance isn't just moving your body around and; art isn't just being in kindergarten and splashing paint on a piece of canvas. People need to understand that the arts aren't that easy.

Call this a minor rant. That's essentially what it is.

I'm probably gonna start nerding out soon since I've been at music camp over the holidays which I'll be talking about later.

So yeah, that's it for a bit.

haha that rhymed :3
